Pillars of Love
August 31, 2008 by jalaxystyx
A deep foundation and harder than stone-
Love moved only by its loyal object
By others not shaken but make them moan,
Desiring rare firmness beyond suspect
Love is commodity that is priceless
Obscenely pricey that it must be free!
Luxurious find but common to possess;
A lifelong wealth given to charity
Transcending differences in all lands,
Though often helpless against ancient wall
Traditions’ castle looking down on sands,
Dusts of love on weak pillars surely fall
If love indeed can be easily swayed,
Then lives lost for love could not have been laid.
